 Yoga HIIT- 

  • A high energy vinyasa flow that links movements with breath and High-intensity interval training. 

  • Meditation before and after flow. 

  • Class can be 45 minutes to 60 minutes.  

  • All- levels 

Slow Flow

  • A vinyasa flow that links movements with breath. 

  • This class moves from pose to pose with each held for no more than five to eight breaths. 

  • Meditation before and after flow. 

  • Class can be 45 minutes to 75 minutes 

  • All-levels 

  Dynamic HIIT

  • A movement class that combines High Intensity Interval Training, Toning and Cardio to a dope beat. Be prepared to party, sweat and burn calories on and off the mat.

    YIN 

  • Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures.


PRIVATE CLASSES & CORPORATE WELLNESS

Private Training Session-  You receive individual guidance, direction and support for your practice. Lessons can be arranged at Rehab Training Facility or I can come to your designated off-site location or Virtual. I am available to work with you on a private basis offering individualized instruction that works with your schedule and goals for your health (Mind, Body, Soul). 

Private Group Session- Individualized Instruction based on group goals. Must be 2 + more clients.  

Corporate Wellness- Provides yoga classes in the workspace to reduce stress and increase energy.
